Christine is the owner of Sunlight Family Therapy in Salt Lake City, UT where she specializes in helping couples rebuild loving and secure relationships using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). She is among the few Utah therapists certified in EFT and has advanced training in Lifespan Integration (LI) for healing trauma. Before opening her private practice, Christine worked at Wasatch Family Therapy in Cottonwood Heights, UT and Suncrest Counseling in Draper, UT.
Christine began her career as a human resource manager and corporate trainer for Host Marriott and Little America Hotel Company before spending 18 years as a full-time parent to six children. She was honored to be a member of the choreography team for the 2002 Winter Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies and to teach dance for the Ballet West Educational Outreach Program. She performed with the Brigham Young University World Dancers and has danced for audiences around the globe. Beyond her work as a psychotherapist, Christine is passionate about outdoor adventure and welcomes any opportunity to spend time in nature with her family and friends.
